1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Lapsell’s services for selling laptops, mobile phones, tablets, PCs, and other electronic devices. By accessing our platform or completing a sale, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to sell a device on Lapsell.
- You must be the legal owner of the device and have the right to sell it.
- Devices reported as lost, stolen, counterfeit, or blacklisted will not be accepted.
3. Device Evaluation & Pricing
- Prices are provided based on the details and photos you share on WhatsApp.
- The final price may vary after physical inspection at the time of pickup.
- If the device’s actual condition does not match the provided details, Lapsell reserves the right to revise or cancel the offer.
4. Pickup & Delivery
- We provide free doorstep pickup in serviceable areas.
- No packaging is required — our staff will verify the device on-site.
- You agree to make the device available at the scheduled time.
- Lapsell is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or unavailability.
5. Data & Privacy
- You are responsible for backing up and deleting personal data before handing over your device.
- Lapsell performs secure data deletion (Military-Grade / Enterprise-Level Wipe) for added safety.
- Once the device is sold, Lapsell is not responsible for any data remaining on it.
6. Payment Terms
- Payments are made instantly on the spot after inspection via UPI, Bank Transfer, Wallet, or Cash (where available).
- Once payment is made, the sale is final and non-refundable.
- You will receive a valid purchase invoice for every completed transaction.
7. Ownership & Responsibility
- By selling your device, you confirm that you are the sole rightful owner.
- Any device found to be stolen, tampered with, under EMI/finance, or blacklisted will be reported to authorities.
- Lapsell is not liable for disputes regarding device ownership.
8. Limited Liability
- Lapsell is not responsible for damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of our services beyond the device’s agreed value.
- Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase amount paid for your device.
9. Changes to Terms
Lapsell may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply immediately upon publishing.
